Description
As part of our international expansion, we are looking for: BEAUTY SALON MANAGER – 6 month contract leading to a permanent contract, you will be accommodated on site

Missions

Reporting to the Director of Franchise & International Development, you will be responsible for :

1) TREATMENTS :
Face treatments
Depilation with all types of wax
Body treatments
Hand, nail and foot treatments
Make-up
Eyelash and eyebrow tinting and dyeing techniques

2) POINT OF SALE OPERATION :
Opening and closing the shop
Receiving, checking and storing products
Complying with the merchandising plan in the retail area and treatment rooms
Using software specific to the beauty salon
Data entry
Inventory tracking
Preparing orders from suppliers
Stocking shelves and treatment rooms
Making appointments on the telephone
Organising direct mail campaigns

3) MAINTENANCE OF THE PREMISES :
Cleaning and stocking treatment rooms after every treatment and at the end of the day :
Washing treatment room linen
Cleaning communal areas

4) IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPANY’S CUSTOMER SERVICE METHODS :
Greeting customers
Appearance of the retail area and treatment rooms
Beauty consultation
Prescribing and presenting treatments in the treatment room
Validating the results of the treatment with the customer
Prescribing the next treatment and making the next appointment
Prescribing products to use between treatments

She is also in charge of :

5) MANAGEMENT OF THE AFFILIATED BEAUTY SALON :
Monitoring the administrative management of the beauty salon
Maintaining and delivering accounting information
Managing and training staff: recruitment, monitoring and compliance with the regulations set out in contracts and job descriptions
Setting staff targets
Holding a weekly meeting to measure profits against targets (strengths/areas for improvement)
Organising the schedule, holidays, absences etc. of the beauty salon
Checking the hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the retail area and treatment rooms
Approving the placing of orders with suppliers
Approving the list of services and prices of treatments and products
Using software specific to the beauty salon
Updating the beauty salon website


This list is not exhaustive, and tasks may change as they adapt to regulations in force and changing market requirements and business practices.

Profile

You must have a degree in beauty care, ideally a BTEC, and at least 3 years' experience in training in the beauty care sector.

Available and mobile, you know how to organise your work efficiently.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy passing on your knowledge, are highly adaptable and are able to deliver training courses in an educational manner.

Dynamic, friendly and empathetic, you're passionate about the world of beauty and cosmetics.

You master Pack Office.

Must speak English and Arabic fluently.
